1.Does the product support customizatiom? What is your MOQ?
--Of caurse we can support customization, and the MOQ is 100pcs.

2. For OEM or ODM order, how do I guarantee the product correctly meet my requirement? 
--Before we start to production, we will open a new sample mould to make a sample, after you confirm it, we will be ready to produce the goods in bulk. 

3.What is your lead time? 
1) 1-3 working days for sample
2) 5-7 working days for mass production
3) 15 working days if goods out of stock without molding
4) Store, Prompt shipment if annual requirement informed

4. How do you guarantee You products is safe? 
--Our raw material are 100% silicone and purchase from overseas. We have SGS, ROHS, FDA, LFGB Certificate. 

5. When we receive the goods, some of them were damaged, how do you solve it? 
--First, before shipment, we will inspect all products. Second, though they are well packed, sometimes damage can't be avoided because of the rough handing during shipping. Third, In this case, please contact me and send the pictures to me, let me know the quantity which is broken, we will resend them to you with next order.

6. What are the payment terms?
--Paypal or T/T, 30% deposit after confirm the order, 70% balance payment before shipment.
